Service Description
This service includes two preparation sessions via zoom, a full-day natural medicine facilitation session at the NeuroAlchemy Healing Center in Littleton CO, and two integration sessions after facilitation. This is a macro-dosing facilitation session, conducted within Colorado's legal, regulated framework. Cost includes all services but does not include the cost of medicine, which must be paid to the healing center at the time of facilitation.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made at the time of service. We accept only cash or checks for natural medicine facilitation or ceremonial services, card transactions are not available at this time. For counseling, coaching, or consultation services online payments are accepted with a $3 processing fee. Please note that a $35.00 service charge will be charged for returned checks or for any reason. In cases where this is not feasible, such as with teletherapy sessions, an agreement to receive payment by mail will be set up prior to the first appointment. Cancellation policy requires a 24 hour advance notice. No-shows and short-notice cancellations will be charged as a full session. Insurance companies do not cover no-show or late-cancel fees. Paying for this service accepts these terms and acknowledges this policy, signifying agreement to pay should a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the session occur.
