Wait, aren't psychedelics illegal?

Yes and no.  In the state of Colorado, psychedelics such as DMT, Psilocybin, Mescaline, and others have been decriminalized.  This means they may be grown, harvested, and used for personal use. They may be given away but cannot be sold.  Psilocybin mushrooms may be sold by specific, regulated cultivators and healing centers. We follow all state laws and regulations, and these may be found at: https://dnm.colorado.gov/natural-medicine-frequently-asked-questions

Can you help me get off my medications?

For those clients seeking to discontinue medications, Dr. Rowe works with prescribers to develop a plan for deprescribing.  This may or may not involve the micro-dosing of natural medicine as well as other healing supplements. This process requires the involvement of a treating prescriber to ensure the health and safety of the client.

How can I maintain progress between sessions?

Between sessions, we encourage you to engage in self-care practices such as journaling, meditation, and mindfulness exercises. We may also provide personalized resources to support your growth and maintain your mental wellness on a daily basis.
