Service Description
We offer recurring therapy sessions tailored for adults, teens, and couples grappling with treatment-resistant disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Utilizing trauma-informed and trauma-focused interventions, our compassionate approach fosters healing and resilience, empowering clients to navigate their mental wellness journey. Experience transformative support in a safe, nurturing environment that respects your unique experiences and promotes personal growth. Our providers are fully or candidate licensed counselors, and these sessions may be covered by insurance. A sliding scale exists for those with financial need, please discuss this with your provider.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made at the time of service. We accept only cash or checks for natural medicine facilitation or ceremonial services, card transactions are not available at this time. For counseling, coaching, or consultation services online payments are accepted with a $3 processing fee. Please note that a $35.00 service charge will be charged for returned checks or for any reason. In cases where this is not feasible, such as with teletherapy sessions, an agreement to receive payment by mail will be set up prior to the first appointment. Cancellation policy requires a 24 hour advance notice. No-shows and short-notice cancellations will be charged as a full session. Insurance companies do not cover no-show or late-cancel fees. Paying for this service accepts these terms and acknowledges this policy, signifying agreement to pay should a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the session occur.
